Two symptoms: (1) The preferences page is always blank. I saw it only once during the EGROUPWARE install process (2) The preferences menu item will sometimes simply disappear from both the permanent menu in upper left corner AND from the task bar (no matter where I put it within the task bar). Re-installation of egroupware has not helped. I have the latest/greatest (Aug 30 2009) of all components. The “Preferences” application will not work on my egroupware installation.
